SigEp and Delt are not on campus anymore but these are the truest rankings I've seen yet.

Top: Pi Kapp, Kappa Sig, Sigma Chi
Upper Middle: Sig Nu, Phi Delt, PIKE
Lower Middle: ATO, Alpha Sig, FIJI
Bottom: Everyone Else

Phi Delt is making some good progress, i'll be suprised if they keep up the growth.

I've only ever met like 3 sig eps so I would have to disagree with them being top tier necessarily. I haven't met enough to make a fair judgement but their chapter isn't even on campus any more so it seems like they are fizzling out. Also it doesn't seem like sigma chi really has much of a presence on campus so I'm also a bit confused about that.
