Some chapters do COB, continuous open bidding, after bid day. However, not all chapters do this and the number is very limited for the chapters that do. It's unlikely that a chapter that released you, or that you released is going to extend a bid after recruitment. If you are open to the process, it is likely that you will get a bid. There are tons of girls that drop before recruitment is over, and some who don't add certain chapters to their preference, and therefore do not receive a bid if the chapter they put as their only option did not give them one. You truly will end up where you are supposed to. Go in with an open mind, trust the process, and don't limit your options by refusing a bid from a chapter that may end up being exactly where you're supposed to be.
