What are the real sorority rankings here? Top tier? Mid Tier? Bottom Tier?

Top: kappa and g phi
Top middle: chi o/ zeta
Middle: pi phi and theta
Lower middle: phi mu/kd
Bottom: tri delt

What happened to Pi Phi over the years? My mom went to CSU and said that Pi Phi and Chi O were the number one houses in the 90's. Now it seems like they are mid-tier and Kappa and G-Phi are number one? Just curious.
