Yeah they can sometimes live up to the rich preppy reputation but every kappa ive met has been a 9 or 10. Top house for sure

The comments here are SUPER polar. You either have hate comments or positive one that obviously stem from direct involvement, either a brother or maybe a girl or ex member they dumped. My opinion is that theses guys are super popular and they definitely have had perverts at parties before. However, their numbers are growing and they're becoming a bigger influence on campus since starting in 2017, I looked it up, and they diligently fight off, blacklist, and drop anyone who makes anyone, man or woman, uncomfortable. I think they're pretty good.

Any 5 rankings you see on here are probably written by a kappa. They can be fun at parties, but really are just snobby and love to make sure everybody knows they are a kappa. Really not a fan of them, and they try to claim top house when that’s not even a thing at CSU

The best of the best girls are kappas, if you’re looking for the total package they are the place to look. Top house without a doubt.

i will give them credit they try to be a top tier house, but their parties are ass and you will get a bid there unless you're a total weirdo. there's def some cool guys but their parties are TRASH

ato is literally known as the frat you go to party at if you're a gdi. Theres always guys who arent in ato at their parties because there's 30 dudes in the entire chapter. Nice guys but cmon.

Freshman year they were my favorite for weekends, then they fell off my sophomore year but now it’s good to see these boys coming back
