They are considered a top house but it looks like their sisterhood could be more tight-knit

They've done a lot of work on their chapter and their sisterhood seems super strong!

There's nothing particularly interesting about the members of zeta. They all act the same. It's kind of the same story with everyone: drinks way too much, embarrassing in general, always sleeping with a frat guy. They're loud, but personality wise they're rather boring.

Very average in every way. The members are snobby with no reason to be. Their numbers are the way that they are because their house is absolutely beautiful. It's a gorgeous house. But it doesn't feel like a home. The sisterhood is very average and boring. The sisterhood just doesn't seem to be there.

I know a lot of kappas who are really sweet, but their chapter has a lot of problems right now. Of course, what chapter wouldn't be having problems after their president's membership was terminated? Kappa has a lot of potential, but they will probably need a few years before they're able to build themselves back up.

They seem like more of an extracurricular activity than a sorority. Most of the members seem to just pay dues and show up to mandatory things. I know a lot who have a best friend in their sorority, but they aren't really close as an entire chapter. Their chapter is like having friends in class. You see them while you're there, but when you leave there's no interaction.

So uninvolved the panhellenic and FSL community. Even when there's events with everyone, they don't interact with anyone. It's kind of frustrating how unsupportive they are of other chapters on campus.

Maybe falling to bottom tier? They all act like freshman who have just gotten their first taste of freedom. None of them seem to understand the concept of alcohol tolerance and limits. It's cringeworthy to watch zetas in public. I have seen so many get super wasted, yell, puke, and drunk cry on weekends it's not even funny.

I actually know a lot of zetas. My freshman year, my core group of friends consisted of four of them (before rush). Cut to a year later and they are all so different. I know you grow in college, but they act completely different and drink like it is their job. One even had to go to the hospital for alcohol poisoning. We all drank before, but it's way out of hand for them now. It's just really sad how zeta has negatively affected all of them.
