Definitely have areas of their chapter that need improvement, but has some nice girls. I would take a look at the comments if I was in this chapter. I know one ranking said that a lot of the reviews were to make others top house, but when I looked through, I saw a lot of former members who didn't enjoy the process of being there. The rankings were full paragraphs detailing their experiences. Look at it like an exit survey at a job and make improvements, because what you're doing now doesn't work

They certainly like to think of themselves as top tier. Not because their sisterhood is awesome (they're not close) or because they are outstanding members of the community but because their house has a few chandeliers. Real talk: you need to work heavily on your sisterhood. Bids will catch on
