I honestly feel sorry for KD. They were never top tier, but nice enough. A lot of the issues stem from the most recent pledge classes. The niceness factor is fading with the good ones graduating and now KD doesn't have much to stand on.

I've met girls who wanted to be in a sorority their whole lives and even they dropped KD. Serious issues with both recruitment and sisterhood. even though their recruiting skills are notoriously terrible, if their sisterhood was strong enough, they'd be able to retain way more than they can
