snap bids

Are snap bids really a thing that happen the week after recruitment? Is something to consider if we don't really love where we get a bid? And how does that process work?

Snap bids are only a thing if a sorority doesn't make quota. I think either on bid day or the day after sororities who didn't make the required number contact girls who were in their pref (or third round idk) who didn't get a bid and hand them out. In past years only AGD has given snap bids I think so you'll have to see how things work out. For now I'd recommend sticking with whatever ones you have. In truth every sorority doing formal recruitment is pretty decent so stuck it out unless you want to do informal with AEPhi
