by: Panhellenic InvolvementI am a Panhellenic Advisor and I am appalled by the behavior of the chapters in this community. Grown women of this community are acting like middle school mean girls. Meanwhile, girls are dropping out of recruitment, disrupting the process for all chapters. I am reporting all inappropriate posts as cyber bullying per the guidelines of this website and recommending that Panhellenic fully enforce appropriate sanctions as necessary for both individual members and chapters.

the is what happens when you show an inability to hold members and chapters accountable. when there’s a lack of punishment it shows panhell is incapable of fairly and justly handling these things so people get angry and people lash out until something is done. going after those angry at all these injustices but ignoring the root problem only shows you being worthless as a governing group

It’s a joke what’s become of sorority life and how bad things got. I fully blame Panhellenic for not stepping in at ANY point and handling numerous issues in the Greek community. Things should have been shut down DAY ONE of the second semester starting with a legitimate investigation into delta gamma. Panhellenic should have put their foot down during sorority recruitment and set a zero tolerance policy instead of sitting back and watching everything spiral out of control. How can you possibly go after any other chapter now when you didn’t do a thing about delta gamma second semester?

Maybe because some stuck up girls are ruining the image of Greek life all together? I don’t want to be associated to anything DG did yet end of the day whenever in incoming freshman or outside-Miami girl looks at what Greek life at Miami is like all they see is loads of issues and reasons to stay away from Greek life. What DG did hurt every chapter and if you can’t see that you’re delusional. Theres a reason we have rules and a certain yet simple standard we’re supposed to live up to. It’s not that complicated.

Way to set an example for all of Greek life on what is acceptable. No wonder Greek life has such a poor image.
