I would definitely still consider them top tier and in the top 4 but they're no longer top 2 or even close. They used to be so good at rush but they're just slipping more and more every year. It's a shame.

I have friends that are thetas and love them, and on the other hand Ive met thetas and absolutely hated them. I get the fake, rude vibe and found that they are very judgemental

I am friends with a lot of freshmen who rushed this year and ended up joining Theta. However, since rushing Theta, there has been a noticeable change in their personalities. They have become very pretentious and "tier focused"...There have been times that I've been talking to one or a few, and when another Theta comes up, my friends' attitude and how they talk GREATLY shifts for the worse. Take that as you may.
