Apparently they have a multi million dollar renovation going on that could put them on top, they will always be top tier as long as they can stay on campus. A little exclusive but girls love them

Throw pretty decent parties but don't invite a lot of people. Also have a strong dg groupie presence for some reason no one knows. Keep low key vibes for being a top tier house
