Definitely a top fraternity at cofc when it comes to events they host. Kids can be douchy and full of themselves. Overall they know how to party and will be on top at cofc for a while.

These guys will never not be top level but they also will never be top. Every guy always says "oh we're coming back in august" "coming back in january" and yet here we are... still off campus... Not that they don't know how to have a good time, but to all potential pledges just make sure they're the kind of guys you're looking for

Great older guy really weird sophomores, still top 3 but questionable few years to say the least. Still rely heavy on sae and sig chi to some extent. 6 vandy still best house however.
