top-tier sororities as a sophomore

Is it hard to get into a top-tier sorority as a sophomore? I'm not asking because I want to be specifically be in a top-tier but because I happen to have the most connections in them. They're all sophomores so idk how much weight they'd have. Would my chances be decent?
