Ranks with explanations

Top

1. ATO ASP - these are the only two with insane housing, no trouble, great guys, and great pull.

2. KS/PKA/BTP - all 3 have great housing but KS is in trouble, probably going to be the most amazing chill frat for the next 4 years. Beta barely uses their house and are low key fruity. Pike is literally mad up 50% of KA or ChiPsi level dorks. All 3 have insane events when they can and their pull is legendary.

Mid

3. PSK/ChiPhi/Fiji/SAE - these 4 are out of trouble have great houses and get good guys, their pull is average at best and half of their guys are squids though. Amazing time socially though.

4. SN/DX/OX - next best houses but SN would be a lot higher if weren't in trouble like KS, and are losing the mansion in two years. Still have amazing pull guys and name recognition though. OX and DX have amazing houses and are out of trouble. Not a whole lot of pull outside of SN here though.

Bottom

5. KA/PKT/DTD - I would not rush these groups unless you have no self confidence and get along with these guys. Pretty sure PKT and DTD have a house but KA does not. KA blanket bids creepy dudes, rats out other frats, their best pull is with mid tiers like KKG, this frat has nothing going for it now that they lost their house to AlphaSig and have nothing else.

I wouldn't rush any other frat tbh.

Girls

ZTA ADPi - ZTA is the hottest and have no rules from nationals by far #1 despite being mostly from the north like NY NJ OH. ADPi is the best southern sorority but are extremely boring with their rules, at least that's how my frat sees it, so they are #2.

DDD XO AXO - DDD is ADPi lite and XO/AXO are the same for ZTA. Pretty much these 3 are guys next favorites and have a monopoly on the best girls ZTA and ADPi get.

KKG KD DZ - a lot of great girls here but top frats hang with these 3 less, usually the best mid tier frats have these 3 on lock and they do a good job with stuff outside of parties like KDs grades, Kappas philanthropy and DZs community service standards.

PiPho SK DZ GPB - if you have the choice of being a geed or rushing these 3 then rush these 3.
