They should not have come back on campus so soon. The fraternity system is too diluted as it is an who is top right now will stay there and anyone else below that will not have a chance to improve upwards. It's too bad because pikapp had a long tradition here. I don't think this new chapter will become relevant within the next 10 years.

I agree. I think they should have waited until a good chapter or two were kicked off
