Every sorority girl has their favorite fraternity/ies. This opinion you are looking for will vary depending on who you ask. For the most part if you ask an adpi they will tell you they like sigma chi (although some really like pike too). If you ask an aphi they will tell you theta chi is the best. If you ask a sigma kappa they will tell you kappa sig is too house. If you ask gamma phi they will either say kappa sigma or sigma nu. If you ask agd they will probably say alpha sig or phi tau.
Except phi delt, no one says they're any good.

Read this post. He is asking for girls opinion on the frats. So in that case they are relevant. I'm assuming you're in a frat that loves to hate on those two chapters which is fine, however sorority girls love them. So that's that.

Don't try to act like theta chi and sigma chi aren't top houses. They are very much relevant unlike whatever chapter you're in which is obviously why you guys constantly are on Greek rank trying to self promote
