Top:
Theta Chi - best parties, pull top tier girls, good athletics, best annexes.
huge gap of inequality
Upper mid:
Kappa Sig - good athletics, nice guy reputation, currently only have a couple annexes but are getting more next year which will put them at the top.
Sigma Chi - independent from school but still have been getting decent pledge classes regardless of the douchey reputation. If they were apart of the greek system they would be a top house. Being independent deters a lot of quality guys.
Mid:
Phi Tau - was at risk of dieing but came back with a solid pledge class, getting annexes next year will most likely be a upper middle house or top depending on how good they do in recruitment, athletics, and parties.
Sigma Nu - had a shot at top house but ended up with a horrible pledge class which lowered their ranking.
Lower mid
Alpha sig - who cares?
Phi delt - who cares?
Sigma pi - going to come back but only have 15 actives and no annexes.
Not sure:
Pike - no house may not even come back??
Lambda chi - just starting out could not even end up getting their charter, reputation as a reject frat as guys who are starting it got cut from sigma chi / sigma pi.
