Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 4.2 Undisputed top house for years, and continues to remain a top tier house even with disaffiliating from IFC. Best parties and annex houses BY FAR, hottest girls, awesome fraternity house, and most dominate presence on campus. Just walk around chico and see for your self. It's easy to hate them because they wont let you in to their parties if they don't know you, and called "douchebags" by many but one of the only real chico fraternities left along with EX, followed by EP PIKE & Lambda on the rise

Undisputed top house for years, and continues to remain a top tier house even with disaffiliating from IFC. The only solid group of guys in this chapter is their senior pledge class... When they leave OX will be as irrelevant as sigma nu.
