Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 1.0 As much as I hate some of the tools in this frat they are probably the only fraternity worth joining. They have alumni in the school administration which keep them out of trouble. They threw dozens of parties during the Greek life suspension and remain untouched by the university while pike and sigma chi were stomped on.
