Because this site is a complete joke and anyone who takes it serriously has most likely been dropped on their head as a child.

Phi delt was new as of last semester so they have not been added yet and ae pi is a fraternity on campus but is not recognized by the IFC

actually, I think I heard that AEPi is technically a colony in the city of orange because chapman (not just ifc) refuses to recognize them. That's why they can't rush with all the other fraternities. Or something like that. An Aepi guy tried to explain it to me at a party but I was only paying half attention
