Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Chapman University - CU 5.0 Gamma Phi is known as the best all around sorority. The pledge class this year was again better than Aphi & DG. Seems like these girls actually care about eachother! Overall, known for being classy but known to have a good time.

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Chapman University - CU 5.0 Most well rounded and amazing girls. Never any drama, dirty rush, or insincerity. Super classy but know how to get down and have fun too! Lots of dancers too. Has the coolest girls and arguably better PC members than "top tiers" this year. A lot of girls chose DG and G Phi over A Phi for a reason.

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Chapman University - CU 4.7 Def the best of the top houses and the most genuine. Yes they are slightly below DG and APHI but I think it's because their heads aren't so high in the air that they actually engage in convos with avg people versus some of the witches in Aphi and DG who think they are above everyone else for no reason

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at Chapman University - CU 3.7 Nationally top tier. Chapman chapter needs better leadership from alumni & current girls in soroity. Some great girls who need improvement & guidance on rushing fairly. Like many of the sororities on campus they dirty rush potential girls, telling them they are a perfect fit & they can't wait to see them again, only to dump girls, even legacies (5 last year that I personally know of) without any indication on the last night of rush. If you go thru rush, beware of every sorority & only choose by following your heart. If it's not who you want don't accept & rush again next year. They'll tell you to trust the system but it's a lie, the computer randomly fills all spots to keep the numbers roughly the same in all sororities.

So glad someone finally had the guts to tell the truth. Panhellenic has lied to girls for years. "Trust the system" is a lie. Algorithms run the show & fill the spots so all sororities have pretty close to the same numbers. Girls are dirty rushed because of the system in place. It'll never change until more women stand up & don't accept the house offer that wasn't their 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, or even 6th choice. Its rediculous that the majority of girls aren't placed in their top 2 or 3 choices. The majority are offered their last choice & take it just so they can say they are in a sorority, which is sad. Until girls walk away from this faulty system, the days of a true strong soroity house will remain a thing of the past.

have you been a rho gam? let alone on the other side of recruitment? This wasn't even my chapter but I can tell you that you're facts aren't straight. Each chapter has a different process too, and whether legacies are automatic or not. Sometimes a girl isn't a good fit; and you should be in a chapter that wants you in it too. People who aren't happy with where they end up, there is no guarantee they will end up there the next year either.
