Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 3.9 Phi delt is by far my favorite frat. They have a lot of haters but they stay really chilll about it and are still going strong. They defintiely have a strong brotherhood and support for their brothers.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 3.4 Phi delt is an ok frat here at chapman. I didn't rush them because of how new they are, but they are definitly on the rise. If i were to rush again I would probably consider them.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 3.0 They are really new at chapman, but Phi Delt is definitely on the rise. They throw great parties and have a lot of great guys that are part of their chapter. I havent met one I didnt like.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 5.0 hands down best frat at Chapman. I love phi delts more than anything and chapman is so lucky to have them. I feel bad that have had a rough year with getting in touble, but they are still going strong! #teamphidelt!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 2.9 There are some cool guys in phi delt but there are also some real jerks. You kinda just gotta get lucky and find the right ones because they are kinda a mix of different people.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 4.8 Nicest guys you'll ever meet! They are all very well round, smart, and attractive. Basically perfect if you ask me. Haven't met one I didn't like. And they throw the best parties. One of the top houses for sure.
