KNOWN FOR: they're rich guys across the nation. they're pretty popular too but chapman is a privileged school and phi delt is no exception FRIENDLINESS: these are the frendliest guys on campus, like the ones who will come over and hug you. everyone knows a phi delt because they are always smiling and so charasmatic. POPULARITY : since they're so friendly, they're always pretty popular. party-wise they're mid-top but based on their socialness they're top for sure CLASSINESS: pretty put together guys on and off-campus INVOLVEMENT: always active in ALL philanthropies (some frats only donate to the srats they like or not at all to other frats but not phi delts), guys are participants in clubs, sga, all majors, etc. FUN/SOCIAL LIFE: pretty great guys to hang around, wide variety of guys, probably the most diverse in race/character/hobbies, etc. parties are average BROTHERHOOD: super genuine and authentic. they're in love with each other. just bros being bros TIER: medium because they dont always get the credit they deserve ASSOCIATES: i have no idea, they're so social they literally hang out with everyone

This sorority gets an unfairly bad rep and almost everyone who knows anything knows it. They truly have a target on their back but that comes with being "top house," I guess. Their recruitment process can be quite intimidating but it's because they look so tidy and polished and nearly everything they do looks like perfection. With every srat, there are the typical girls, the party-animals, and the always overlooked involved girls. The stereotypes may apply to a few girls, but most of the girls (especially in the newer PCs) are friendly and high-achieving. I was surprised and impressed. PS- don't let greek rank sway your mind. Most people that go on here are looking to bad mouth. I was prejudiced against the house I joined and I can't imagine being anywhere else!

A very mixed sorority. Some girls are absolute gems, but as a whole this sorority is pretty fake. Lots of competition and based off looks a lot. They also aren’t super involved with philanthropy and things on campus. Known for being pretty and partying.
