DKE brothers really care about their brotherhood, their college and the community. They are stalwart fundraisers and are known for their respectful and gentlemanly treatment of coeds. They are the house with the leaders on campus.

Deke does it right. These guys are the best guys on campus: fun, genuine, smart, and they have a strong brotherhood. I agree with someone who posted below- as a female I feel the best around Dekes.

Quieter parties, but that's not such a bad thing. These are fraternity guys who actually seem to all like each other and care about their chapter and its reputation in a real way. They always do well in Greek Review, they're always reaching out to other Greek orgs, and they've impacted our campus in a really positive way. Also, as a girl, feel a lot more comfortable around/respected by DKEs than a lot of others.

Best brotherhood, true ideal of fraternity. Parties aren't that great because they're all the way down the end of the Greek road, but in all they're great people.

Good kids, new frat, most involved on campus and genuinely nice guys... not the stereotypical frat image as dominated by sigmachi and phidelt but a good group of men with great bonds between brothers

Deke came back and did it right, they are really involved on campus and seem to have the best brotherhood out of all the fraternities. Don't really have the best parties though.

Deke has really come a long way. There is still some latent resentment towards them as newcomers to the greek scene, but I've been impressed with their progress. I did not like them at all for my first few years here, but they seem to have cleaned up their act. They appear to have a strong brotherhood and have amped up their commitment to service. Of course, they have their problems-they're still on the small side, low grades, and low membership...but you could do a lot worse than deke.
