You are not too old to join a fraternity, as long as you are an undergraduate. It all depends on what the recruiting chapters are looking for and if they are interested in you. Most of undergraduates in Greeklife are 18-23, so you will be an outlier when it comes to experience and age. If you are interest, it never hurts to try.
