frat hazing and sorority relations?

Which of the frats are the most on hazing, I've heard pi kapp is pretty bad with hazing. I plan on rushing this semester either: pi kapp, pike, kappa sigma, or sigma pi. any feedback would be great. Also, from a sorority's perspective what's the house to be in in regards to sorority relations and overall best rounded chapter.

I know Pi Kapp and Phi Psi haze a lot. Sigma Pi is overrated like Pi Kapp. I would rush other houses if I were you
