Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 3.7 ok ya they used to be based on looks but theyre low key changing - not that the girls arent cute now lol - but I can honestly see a difference with the girls. theyre way more approachable and well rounded. hopefully this stays

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 3.7 Sadly the IEB's persistent and targeted focus on becoming known nationwide as the "hot" sorority has been a terrible decision that affects not only PNMs but our members. Sisters are being forced to rank PNMs by their appearance on a scale of 1 to 10. Stop the IEB from destroying our image. Our founders would be horrified by what is happening to Alpha Phi.

Sadly our alumnae are disappointed in the recruitment policies that now prioritize appearance over character. All PNMs should be aware of these changes in our fraternity.
