i’m sick of seeing these kids at #1 when they’re literally (all jokes asides) lower middle tier (not even “at best” it’s just where they stand), their house is tiny and i’ve heard their guys are creepy.... theta chi self rank all you want, you’re still at #7

Theta Chi really fell off! Have you seen their pledge class it’s full of goobers like damn they really accepted anyone who showed up to their rush events lol! Not to mention I heard girls getting harassed by the new members because apparently they’ve never seen a girl before!

Bottom mid and declining. New pledge class is full of awkward and weird kids. Not to mention some of them were going around slapping girls asses and starting trouble at their last party.
