This fraternity is going up we all have noticed that. Props to you guys on that but let's be honest you all are still very far from being anywhere near top house. My friends and I went to two of your parties and there were a couple of cool guys but most of you guys were just awkward and don't know how to actually talk to a girl. Work on that. Other than that good luck.

barely been on campus for a year, they need a lot of work with sorority relations, recuiting quality guys, and throwing parties. And LOL at these pages and pages of self ranks these past two weeks

Average at best, laid back group of guys that hardly ever party, seems like girls are rarely ever at their house besides a few close friends and girlfriends, somehow won IFC football but aren't competitive in sports most of the time, brotherhood does seem pretty strong I usually see them together in groups but not with other people, starting to try and be more involved, heard they're gonna do derby days which should be cool, closer to bottom houses than top houses but they are still newish
