Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 3.0 Honestly they’re doing a great job on getting more members and rebuilding. It kind of sucks to see that the stigma of them going down hill still follows them but I believe they’ll come back form this.

But I will say this- even after two semesters of being gone, they're still more relevant than half the frats at lb haha. Rip boys, see ya in a better place

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 1.0 SAE was not the first fraternity to own their house at Long Beach. Sigma Pi bought their lot and built their house before SAE had theirs.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 3.8 This fraternity is the first one to own its house outright. They own the house and the property and are the first to do so at CSULB for sure and possibly the first in the SAE fraternity to do so. They own the property, of course they will be back

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 2.0 Congrats SAE on officially having your charter suspended and no longer being recognized as a chapter from your OWN national corporation. For the next 4 years you will no longer exist nor be able to use the house or operate in any way as a fraternity would (not that you did to begin with).
