Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 4.6 Everyone knows Pi Kapp is Top house. They have the best looking, kindest, gentleman for brothers. They always throw awesome parties with great themes. All summer they had a inflatable water slide in their front yard, and I heard they had a bunch of kick backs and BBQs. They do a lot of philanthropy events and have great participation with the sororities on campus. I haven't heard anything about their academics. They have a great reputation, all around they are the boyfriend material fraternity
