i dont think Theta is the oldest but they're definitely one of the older ones and have an amazing house!

also i'm not a theta but they have such a great sisterhood and all the thetas i know love it there! If you're thinking theta don't hesitate bc of these stupid ranking systems you'll find a home of amazing girls!
