Worst GPA out of the whole frat system terrible brotherhood and even worse philanthropy. I’m confused on how this frat is ranked so high must be their parties that save them.

RIP TO THE CABIN. Please throw a door burning party this year in remembrance for the most scuzzy frat trap there ever was. Call DSP and PIKE and Lambda top houses all you want but last I checked they were all kicked off....SNU, DCHI and Phi psi will be the places at least for this year til Lambda's future is figured out.

I have a feeling they don't like each other all that much. I went to a date party once and it seems like they only know their close friends. They're not really involved and the only time I see them do things together is when they party.

no respect for this house at all. Completely disrespected the suspension frats were on for spring quarter by throwing lots of parties, a lot of the guys are douchy and have big heads. would not recommend, friends of mine have had weird experiences here

Phi Psi's my favorite frat they are all so chill and down for a good time ;) come off as kinda douchey but get to know them and they'll be your best friends

Went to a couple of their parties the last two weekends. These guys are fun and friendly. Their new PC is hot. They are the new top house.
