Lambda Chi is #1 as is the most popular, prestigious fraternity to belong to but also the hardest fraternity to get a bid from. Lambda only bids around 10% of rushees so there are a lot of butt hurt guys that had to accept bids at lower tier frats like SN,DX, Phi Psi and those plus others are responsible for the negative scores and remarks. I would advise just go though rush and you will see why Lambda is #1. If you are not hot, smart, rich, have a magnetic personality and going places in life you probably will have to settle for a lower tier frat.
