new house rankings?

As of 2017, the houses at Hampden-Sydney look pretty different from what some old posts have listed. Anyone have some thoughts?

As a Senior, I have seen Sigma Nu and SAE decline due to financial issues. Kappa Sig is a great house with a lot of potential now that they are out of trouble with nationals and the school. Sigma Chi and Chi Phi seemed to really bring in some top notch bands this year and both fraternities are on the rise. KA has seemed to lose a good amount of its appeal since my first year. Fiji, PIKE, and Theta Chi have solidified themselves as bottom tier but thats just my opinion.
