Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Hampden-Sydney College - HSC 1.8 Chi Phis are a joke. The reason why their rank is high is because they have their pledges type high reviews pretending to be girls. Nothing goes on over there, best if you go KA or SAE
