Recruitment is based on how attractive you are then separated out aka barbies. Think they’re top house when really they have little substance underneath the looks. Very appearance driven.

Authentic and diverse group of girls in the house. Friendly and outgoing and involved in many activities on campus. I like that there is no pressure to fit into a certain mold in order to be a Phi. My experience during Rush was a good one and I felt most at home with the girls in Phi.

Alpha phi pays to have posts deleted Bc their entire recruitment strategy (which is horrible) was exposed last year by an ex Aphi who ran recruitment at her chapter. Check the discussion board for the dirty details. All I can say is I feel bad for any girl who goes through recruitment without realizing what Aphi is pulling

anyone who is bashing on this house is so obviously jealous. they are such a diverse house, super involved, put on the most amazing and original philanthropy events, and care about their school work as well. with their recruitment video this year, they are definitely rushing whoever they want

Their House is full of Lizards. Have you noticed how many boots they wear!? It's because they have to protect their ankles from the onslaught of lizards sliming around their house. Don't even get me started on their Koala infestation. Seriously, those little guys are hanging off the railings munching on Eucalyptus all day long. The girls say that you get used to the koalas and the lizards, but I just do not see how that can be true?! Have you noticed why they are so jumpy and scared when you scream at them? It's because of the goats they get their house milk from. Those goats scream and yell every hour on the hour--except for 5pm (The goats are taking some much needed personal time). So if you are into that kind of thing then Alpha Phi is the place to be. Lizards, Koalas and Goats OH MY!

Prettiest and funniest girls who are a good time and pretty involved. Creative and witty too. Can never go wrong with an alpha phi

Idk why everyone trashes Phi. Ya they have their VSCO girls and bible beaters, but you’re not going to find a sorority that doesn’t. So far everyone i’ve met in the sorority is cool and involved. Don’t see them self-ranking nearly as much as Kappa

Amazing girls in the sorority who treat you like family. They live by the Alpha Phi standards and treat everyone the way the should be treated.

Honestly, I feel bad for these girls. Their sorority’s recruitment method is awful, they get ranked on looks while in the sorority still. I hope they are doing something to change the recruitment mess their HQ enforces. Explains the weird vibe of the house though. I’ve never felt a real sisterhood from them as much as they push that they’re the “quirky artsy girls” during recruitment.

known for being popular house on campus, lots of cheerleaders, usually win most events on campus (lip syncs, skits,) really smart and involved, half of BUDM exec is in Aphi. They are down to earth and super funny, easy going girls who are fun to hang out with
