Great people, got 40ish new guys in the past 2 semesters and got a new house. Love the parties, some were a bit slow at first but always ended up being ragers.

After only a few years of Theta Chi returning to campus they have grown very significantly. It's really pleasing to see them thrive and recruit many new members into their brotherhood. They are very involved socially and are lots of fun! Looking foreword to seeing them more in the future.

Theta Chi is a group of great guys that know each other very well. They put time into each other and it shows at our socials with them. They also have a really cool house and location. Good group that is involved and keeps growing every year.

Okay honestly, definitely not the worst chapter but certainly not the best. The new house is their biggest selling point. Their parties ARE huge no doubt, but that’s because they invite every. one. from every Greek chapter at GV. Their parties are geed galore. I could honestly probably get my 12 year old brother in. They have had a lot of growth which is good to see but until this chapter becomes a lot more exclusive and doesn’t take everyone during rush they will remain middle tier
