All posts and opinions on here are meaningless

As a brother in a fraternity, I know for a fact that it is was right the place to join, otherwise I would’ve dropped. I’m assuming the people making the ranks on here are mostly just self-ranks and girls who’ve been to a lot of the houses. Either way, there’s absolutely NO ONE who can rank the fraternities properly, top to bottom. Most of the people in their fraternities are extremely happy to be there, that’s why they accepted bids and pledged there.

My fraternity has a fantastic brotherhood, and I have a great friend group to the point where I don’t know if I’d enjoy college without them. However, the amount of stuff I’ve done and been through with them isn’t noticeable for someone who just shows up to our parties or peeked in during formal rush.

Who the heck has been to every Halloween party, tailgate, wet weekend slide, formal and semi, and rush event? No one. And even if they did, that’s only 10% of what being in a fraternity has to offer. The same thing goes for sororities.

Just posting this in hopes that it can convince some rushees to go and experience the places for themselves. That’s the only way to rush. The Internet is useless on this kind of decision because nobody really has a clue about what goes on in fraternities because you can only experience one to the fullest extent as a brother.

Please get a life if you spend genuine time on here, 20 mins of reading on here gave me a headache.
