Under rated fraternities

SN SigEp PDT ChiPhi OX are all under rated. PKP is still low key good too, but they can't do anything in the open. All of these groups get cool guys, have fun events, and get events with sororities. Really these are the last groups outside of the usual top 8/9 groups that still have a pretty good time.
