KS/Fiji/TKE - best houses on campus and would be great houses at any school.
BTP/ATO/ChiPhi/AEPi - the above average houses at tech, these would be good houses on any campus.
SX/SN/PDT/PKP/OX - upper mid houses that are slightly better than average or better than average but VERY old houses.

Oh I never knew SX house was that young, I always assumed it was ancient because of how disgusting and terrible it's set up for parties.

They did say either disgusting houses or old houses for the third tier, so idk @wut is talking about. SX house is disgusting maybe not terribly old compared to other houses but is definitely looking like it is older than some other houses on campus that are actually older.
SN has a pool that they don't keep clean over the winter but I wouldn't say their house is disgusting. Definitely keep up their house better than other groups (PKA, SAE, SX) and it is above average.

What? Snu’s house was literally built in 2007, pikapp and sigma chi were built in 96. Not that age of the house affects ranking at all but these are not “very old houses”.
