They did say either disgusting houses or old houses for the third tier, so idk @wut is talking about. SX house is disgusting maybe not terribly old compared to other houses but is definitely looking like it is older than some other houses on campus that are actually older. SN has a pool that they don't keep clean over the winter but I wouldn't say their house is disgusting. Definitely keep up their house better than other groups (PKA, SAE, SX) and it is above average.
