Alpha Kappa Alpha - ΑΚΑ Sorority at Georgia State University - GSU 5.0 Amazing when it come to showing love for their sorority. Great at stepping. Always doing something on campus or in the community (if you would like to keep up with what they have going on you can follow on Instagram @etamu72). Seem to be very nice as a whole. Very smart women who have very bright futures.

Alpha Kappa Alpha - ΑΚΑ Sorority at Georgia State University - GSU 4.0 To refute what the negative reviews say, because they didn’t make the cut, majority of these women work on campus and hold leadership positions in other organizations. So I don’t know where this “They aren’t involved” sentiment came from. They do plenty of community service, obviously not all of the women from the new line is going to make every event. They also don’t have to take pictures at every community service or volunteer event they do. Who does that? Members show up to most of the events on campus hey just aren’t wearing letters or you’re not looking hard enough to find them. Either way they’re involvement is not in question, ever. As far as other things, it’s none of my business since I’m not a member.

Alpha Kappa Alpha - ΑΚΑ Sorority at Georgia State University - GSU 1.0 Sisterhood? More like a group of girls who clique up in their own sisterhood. They do not represent the name well at all. They do no community service year round they just like the pink and green colors and live up to the stereotype AKAs got. This chapter need to do a better job at bringing in classy females.

Alpha Kappa Alpha - ΑΚΑ Sorority at Georgia State University - GSU 1.2 Actually this chapter has gone down since back in the day. Aspiring young ladies don’t even want to try to join because they are like a group of mean girls walking around campus. Who wants to be associated with that. Seems like they would want to represent the sorority in a positive light but they don’t. I’m thankful for all of my other sisters who remind me of how awesome it is to be a member. Otherwise, I probably never would’ve joined if these girls were the only representation. Their definition of sisterhood and service is severely flawed.

They consider a little peanut butter and jelly service once a year giving back and taking money from interests from handing out little cupcakes. I don't know how they even still considered a chapter on this campus.

Well if these are your sisters, why not try to help them improve? You came on the internet to bash your sisters so who really has a flawed definition of sisterhood?

I see them attend step shows and post links to donate money to same events every year but I don’t see them doing any hands on community service. Or interacting with any interests but they own friends.
