rushing sophomore year

by: bobkitten2018

Will my chance decrease of getting into a sorority if I am a sophomore and not an incoming freshman? I know that at some schools they leave very few spots open for upper class men and I was just curious if it was the same at GCSU.

Depends on the sorority. Some care about that but just as long as you have good conversations age usually doesn't matter! Just be yourself and you'll find your right place!

Generally you're golden if you're a freshman or sophomore. It's when your a junior or senior that your chances are more or less slim to none {emphasis on the none}. Also depends on what sorority you're aiming for! The Kappa Delta and Alpha Omicron Pi Chapters are newer than the others {Phi Mu, Delta Zeta, Zeta Tau Alpha, and Alpha Delta Pi}, so I feel as if they are easier to get into! Hope that helps!
