Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Brandeis University - BU 4.4 ZBT gets crap nonstop but they're easily a top tier frat at brandeis. Good parties, all decent guys. There have been issues, but they were handled well.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Brandeis University - BU 2.8 Their house got shut down so I don't even think they will have any parties any time soon. Didn't see them have much parties during the beginning of the semester and isnt that when all the frats are throwing down? For sure have the best house, but what's that good for if you cant have parties in it. Also brothers are kind of sketch. If you don't want to be sketchy, stop letting in people who are creepy. Older brothers dont seem to like each other, fresh and sophomores seems to be friends.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Brandeis University - BU 2.6 ZBT has great parties, plus the DJ is amazing. Not sure how the brotherhood is, but definitely the most stereo-typically "fratty," a little creepy. The frat is trying to change itself, so good luck to them!
