Parties are extremely frequent in order to turn a profit and they charge more than any other frat at Brandeis. Also the house is to close to downtown so the parties get shutdown by the cops.

The nice guy stoner frat. Parties there are frequent, but also kind of a joke because the guys can’t party that hard and the cops always bust the house. Nice guys though

douchey rich guys whose parties are meh. There are always a lot of people but they always get shut down. Last night there were like 3 different times where the music stopped and we had to be quiet bc the cops were there. Plus they only play white boy music at their parties. They have potential but they gotta step it up.

They are definitely a decent fraternity and second best to only Sammy. They have a lot of parties, but they get shut down 9/10 times and the brothers are not nice at them. They have started throwing people out for not paying beforehand, and they do it in a rude way. Not moving a good direction
