It’s sad to see people hating and attacking them since they are new. Every sorority has bad eggs but overall they are super sweet and nice. I hear they have big plans for spring semester, and I’m excited to do see what they do. Honestly I would rush them if so wasn’t already in a sorority. Keep it up ladies💕

This is a good summery of the Rho Gamma situation. The panhellenic amendment was created at MASON so that only people who went through formal recruitment could be rho gammas, which is why Pi Phi had to wait a year (until they did their first formal recruitment). Apparently, they have been trying to change this amendment for a while because it really made no sense and it was finally proposed. It also allows people who go through spring recruitment to be rho gammas. I don't think it was only Kappa Delta that was trying to change it. Myself and a bunch of other greek sisters fully support this change, and think it will benefit other future sororities and fraternities coming to GMU. People who are upset do not understand what an amendment means, and are fighting it for selfish reasons.
