Honestly, D-Chi is one of my favorite frats, and might even be my favorite. I always have a great time at their parties and the DJ always plays bangers. The brothers are so nice and respectful. I haven't met a D-chi I don't like. Honestly, everyone loves going to their parties.... but no one likes to say they are top-tier....

Really sketchy fraternity, one guy literally tried to grab me as I had to go. I know the sweetheart for my sorority is nice but the rest of the brotherhood is really disorganized.

Pretty good looking small spring class, fun parties, the brothers seems tight but they don't talk to girls that much. middle top tier, we'll see what happens next year.

For a regular student not involved in Greek life I don't really have a lot of inside experience with fraternities. However, every time I go to D'Chi I have a great time. The brothers are always kind to me, the dance floor is lit, and it's a good time. I will say some of the guys can be a little grabby now and then but someone usually always comes up to me and asks if I'm ok. I always feel safe there and have made a lot of friends with the guys. They are just a good group of people who have fun.
