after attending some of their parties, and actually talking to some of these guys, i can say that they do bring a new experience into the fraternity life at GMU.

the party I went to was invite only. Very FUN and all the guys were nice. had a great time... just wish they had more.

I did not think a fraternity could fail as hard as Beta has failed. Give them three years and they will no longer be part of this campus. They take the most random guys into their frat. They have no presence on campus.

Be careful, I have heard of some major problems about their current president. I would rush elsewhere or wait until they elect a new one of you want to have a decent chance of enjoying Beta.
