Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at Furman University - FU 1.9 Honestly they are kinda embarrassing and annoying. You can tell they think they are superior to everyone but they are really the only ones who care that much. Everyone else is just trying to have a good time. The rest of the school left high school behind and I don’t think they’ve caught on yet.

Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at Furman University - FU 2.2 They act like they’re better than everyone, which is not very attractive. There are some genuinely kind people in this sorority, but there are also people who are very mean and catty. Recruitment is very much so based on outer appearances rather than personalities. They have a tendency to gossip about others and hold a reputation of being the ‘mean girls’ on campus. With that being said, you can find many girls in this sorority that are very genuine, kind, and charismatic. It’s often that those who are mean are the ones who set the reputation for this sorority, which is unfortunate, as they do have many girls within their sisterhood that don’t represent this reputation. The girls who are mean are also those who have the tendency to influence their sisters the most, which can be detrimental to a really kind girl or new recruit. My best advice would be to get to know them first to determine if you’re okay with being a part of a sisterhood that is primarily catty, rude, and judgmental, but has some girls in it that are genuine.

Get a bad reputation because people do NOT get to know them well enough before making a judgement call! Best sorority functions on campus and are friends with people in all greek organizations on campus.

Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at Furman University - FU 1.9 if someone is trying to describe an adpi that they like to someone else they usually say something like: “yeah she’s an adpi, but she’s nice I promise. she doesn’t act like an adpi!” I hate to be critical and of course not every sister is the same but they are known around campus for being fake, judgmental, and mean unless you have something they want. They may have a reputation for being pretty on the outside, but they definitely don’t have a reputation for being pretty on the inside.
